I was so honoured to have had the opportunity to inspire these brave new Leaders at University of Winchester who have heeded the call and will be teaching in our schools. I salute every one of you for joining this Nobel Profession. Despite all the pressures and interferences within education I know that you will make a difference. Thank You!

We had such an amazing time visiting Cape Town and it was made Extra Special for me because I got to introduce my family to my friend and Mentor Desmond Tutu.

It seems like only yesterday that I and many others were at the prison gates waiting for Nelson Mandela to be released after spending 27 years in prison. On the 11th February 1990 Nelson Mandela was freed. It was such an amazing day and one that I will never forget.

had such an amazing time visiting Coventry. I was made to feel so welcome by Father George and the rest of the staff. A very special thanks to Sister Frances Woolman who accommodated me for the weekend. I spoke on Sunday, 14th Feb at St Patricks Church and the message was well received.

Last Thursday and Friday, I spent 2 days speaking to the AWESOME students at Priestlands School.I have never felt so overwhelmed by such positive responses from every student. It was so good to see that by sharing my very simple story of resilience, determination and forgiveness allowed me to connect with the students. I have never seen students sitting on the floor for almost 2 hours and not complaining. I am so deeply touched. Thank you so much for all your very kind words. I will never forget you.

During those difficult days, sometimes it seemed like we would never see the day when #nelsonmandela  would be freed. This video means so much to me.
