Program Service Advisor

We are seeking high energy, dynamic and charismatic Program Service Advisors with a full view of the customer experience, who understand the business world and know how to shape a solution that meets their customers need.

As our newest Program Service Advisor, you’ll work with our team to determine the right solution for small, medium, and enterprise level businesses all over Canada.

This is a full-cycle position that includes prospecting and generating leads, providing quotes and information to prospects, and most importantly, closing business.

With a team of Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales Support Specialists to support your efforts, Work Space provides an environment that will optimize your success.

This includes:

• Uncapped commission with over $90,000 OTE

• A compensation plan and quoting tools that put the power of pricing, bundling and term-length in your hands

• You can offer multi-site customers a single provider, single point of contact, single contract and single billing solution

To be considered for this role, the following characteristics are required:

• 2+ years of sales experience in a solution selling role.

• Hunter mentality with the ability to generate your own opportunities. You will be expected to make targeted cold calls in addition to handling inbound leads.

• Must be a closer with demonstrated success.

• A good aptitude for industries, so you can quickly understand our products and services and suggest/provide smart solutions to customers.

• Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Excellent and friendly communicator.• Great attitude and a people person. You enjoy your job and you enjoy the people you work with.

Facility Services Coordinator

Exciting opportunity available for a Facility Services Coordinator in our office located in Mississauga. The successful candidate will work in assisting the company's day to day facility development and operational initiatives.

This includes:

• Greet people coming into the office and direct them to the appropriate contacts

• Provide information in person and by phone, and maintain front desk security and security access lists

• Coordinate the meeting rooms schedule

• Operate telephone system to answer, screen and forward telephone calls, take messages and provide information as required

• Send and receive faxes

• Process incoming and outgoing mail

• Sort and process General Requests

• Order office supplies and arrange for servicing for the photocopiers and other office equipment when necessary

• Other various administrative duties

Qualifications & Experience:

Education & Past Experiences

• A combination of professional experiences or equivalent combined education, designation and work experience will be considered

• A degree in a business related field, such as business administration or office administration is desired Acquired Skills

• Accurately manage a multi-line phone systems, and a cash register and debit machine Personal Attributes

• Demonstrable strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize

Executive Assistant

Complete administrative duties for the senior leadership team which allows them to focus on the critical success of the company.

Interact with others in a manner that promotes respect, confidentiality and dignity.

Executive Administrative Support:

• Provide direct administrative and office management support to all members of the senior management team, as directed by verbal or written instruction; clarifying deadlines and priority sequence if unclear

• Confidentially coordinate agendas, meetings (including teleconferences) and activities for senior executives using Outlook and other communication and organization tools

• Accurately complete expense reports for members of the senior management team and remit to Accounting for timely processing

• Prepare error free and professionally branded correspondence such as memos, agendas, Board reports, emails and letters, customized to each Executives preferred style

• Coordinate the logistical aspects of strategic planning sessions, special events, board meetings, or other meetings as requested

• Pleasantly greet visitors entering the corporate office and assist them in reaching their meeting

• Screen phone calls and general emails and properly pass them to senior managers or their voice mail/email as appropriate

• Arrange catering for in-house meetings with sensitivity to dietary concerns and budgets

• Manage company communication plan so that messages from the senior management team are disseminated timely and to the right audience
