Incredible. We were in town visiting and many of our friends recommended this spot. Delicious free range chicken dish and steak. The ricotta was unbelievably creamy and don't miss it! Very popular so make a reservation

What a fun place. Mostly tapas with a few main dishes, which are all simple. Great beer selection and loved the wine selection. Outdoor patio area is outstanding.

I have lived in Charleston for the last 6 months and have enjoyed almost every restaurant I tried over that time. Edmund's Oast was over the top AMAZING!! This is a must try in Charleston!!!

Great meal and great drinks plus the staff was phenominal. Kenley, our waitress, made the experience comfortable and she was very knowledgeable about everything they're plus we never had to wait for anything. The food was interesting and tasteful and the beer choices were interesting and endless with a craft whiskey I'd go back for.

Great new place specializing in draft beers and specialty cocktails. We had a terrific brunch with amazing pastrami and biscuits. Cool space with polished concrete floors and a huge bar. Feels like the best kind of hipster Brooklyn transported to Charleston (owners are from NY).

Edmund's Oast is no doubt hip and has excellent beer choices. The decor is suburb, as is the overall vibe and cleanliness. So why did I give them 2 stars? Service: Our server was unpleasant. I waited tables for years so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and tried to joke with him, but he never once seemed happy about being there. You'd think he would have been pleased to see us, we were a large group and he made $30+ in tips; 18%. (Could have been 20% with better service.) Food: I had the biscuits and gravy, which had a good flavor, but lacked gravy and the bottom half of a biscuit was burned. I would have said something, but with an unpleasant server, and only finding the burnt portion once I'd eaten half, I didn't feel the need to mention it. A member of the party asked for some jam; which is on the menu, and the server said they didn't carry jam. Overall it was a mundane experience, and in the future when we are having a meet up, Edmund's won't cross my mind.
