Went there this evening to have dinner with my husband, son, daughter and her boyfriend. Went there once before a couple of months ago and pizza was pretty good. So we built it up to our kids and were going to treat them to pizza there before my daughter's boyfriend had to go to work. Both my husband and I order gyros and the kids ordered a pizza with pineapple on it. We got our gyros right away and they were pretty good, finished them but we waited almost an hour and still no pizza. Unacceptable. I spoke to the manager, Angelo and he was totally rude and unprofessional. He apologized and said the pizza would be out of the oven within 3 minutes. I told him we already were waiting almost and hour as it was and that was unacceptable. He said well I told you I was sorry what more do you want? So I told him that my daughter's boyfriend had to go to work and we had things to do other than waiting an hour for pizza. Everyone that came in after us got their pizza before we did. So I told him we wouldn't be back there and then he yelled "so what don't come back here." Don't worry, I won't be going there again anytime soon. As a result, on the way home we patronized a local Chinese take out restaurant, spending $54.00 so that my daughter's boyfriend as well as my daughter and son would get something to eat. We also will NOT be recommending them to anyone.

Cash only is annoying, wish they would tell you when you call in the order. They have ATM so they can gouge you. They were really rude too. Pizza was ok but Petrillos down the road is just as good, cleaner, and much friendlier staff.

The pizza is tasty. But the general attitude of the employees SUCKS. Don't expect a smile or any type of customer service.

Only order cheese or pepperoni pizza at this place, any other ingredients taste horrible. Only cash & we always call in our order an hour ahead cause that's how ridiculously dramatic they are.

Worst pizza I ever had. It's real obvious they have their good and bad days, judging from the positive reviews. My guess is that they don't need to put forth consistent effort because they are the only pizza place at a popular Orlando-tourist destination. I live in Melbourne Beach and most of my local friends counseled me to stay away from beachside Bizarros. My husband and I went at lunchtime on a Saturday. The dough was undercooked, tough and rubbery (my teeth still hurt just thinking about it), they were stingy with the pepperoni, and the cheese wasn't smooth and fatty like normal whole milk mozzarella tastes. Definitely wasn't "New York style." And I'm from Jersey so I know pizza. Also we ordered beer at the counter with the pizza, and paid for it all, waited around at the counter for the beer but the guys back there kept on taking orders so we sat down thinking maybe they brought it to the table. We never got served the beer. Maybe 15 or 20 minutes later my husband finally went to the counter to ask for the beer we paid for. They served it up but offered no apologies or excuses, so we were unimpressed.

to the people who finds this place acceptable and the ones who rave about authentic n.y. pizza because they are from there then i understand why new yorkers and jerseyites are so rude! it's because they hang out in low-class places like bizzaros'! i wonder what their homes look like!
