As a retired 69 year old, after only three lessons with Steve, I have found new inspiration and enthusiasm for learning and practicing. Steve is very helpful in framing my goals with the guitar, and an energetic mentor who continually motivates me to be the best player I can be. His broad knowledge of music and experience as a teacher have shown me that I've made the right decision in choosing him as my guitar guru, and I'm looking forward to a long student/teacher relationship with Steve in my quest to be a better musician.

We love this little out-of-the-way Mexican place. My wife and I are vegans and the staff is quite accommodating in serving our unique dietary needs. Plus they are very friendly and the prices are quite reasonable. Very clean, with a well stocked salsa bar. They also serve alcohol if you are so inclined. Worth a try - I think you will be pleased with the food and the service.

I have lived in Asheville for two and a half years now, have bought something in just about every music store in town and have found the best buying experience to be found at The Music Center. Their inventory is extensive, their prices are comparable to ones found at online music stores, and they always treat me with respect, answer all my questions, and apply no selling pressure to make a purchase. So far, I have bought a practice combo amp, a set of bongos, an acoustic guitar and various accessories at the store. I have been pleased with each purchase and they way I was treated. If you are looking for a fair deal and to be dealt with fairly, I'd recommend The Music Center in Asheville. It has earned the top spot as my local Asheville go-to music store.
