TYJ Global is a total fraud. I purchased my helicopter lesson thru Groupon. Called TYJ to schedule a lesson and for over 6 months they never answered the phone. Never! I left numerous voice mails. No call back. Wrote emails. No response. Went back to Groupon and they gave me an endless run-around saying that I bought my lesson directly from TYJ. Actually if it wasn't for Groupon I would have never heard of TYJ Global Helicopters. I finally went to the airport where TYJ claims they're located. A pilot there told me they literally left in the middle of the night, running out on the rent they owed. He had no idea where TYJ went and implied they were pretty shady, at best. I'm out $175 with no recourse and with no assistance from Groupon. Obviously I'll never again do business with either of these companies.

My kids bought me a Helicopter lesson for Father's Day. I scheduled the lesson, but TYJ had to reschedule the lesson 4 different times for various reasons. Communication was poor, service was poor, and when I told them about my frustration they didn't offer any solutions. But every time we rescheduled a lesson they made sure to tell me to tip the pilot after my lesson?? Sad to say I will not get my Fathers Day lesson and would not send anyone to TYJ! Find another business that actually cares how their clients are treated.

We up on a tour of the Divide and over my childhood home on Red Mountain near Aspen, with Mike Fyola. His background as an Army pilot and Mountain experience with the military High Altitude Training Facility at Eagle, Co. is why we chose to fly with him. It is a day I will never forget!
