The Art of Passion
Introduction
Postromanticism is a contemporary international art movement started in 2002 by the art critic Claudia Moscovici and sculptor Leonardo Pereznieto. Postromantic artists find inspiration in Neoclassical and Romantic art to emphasize the value of beauty, sensuality and passion in art today. You can find more information about the postromantic art movement and its origins and influences in Claudia Moscovici's book, Romanticism and Postromanticism (Lexington Books, 2007) and on the websites below.
