i feel like workout plans are often overcomplicated. my basic gym goal is to make my lungs and muscles feel tired by the end of a workout. so generalized roaming around seems to work OK for me. <flex biceps>
Most of the people I see at the gym don't seem to have a real plan and just roam from one equipment to the other randomly. #wastingtime
I don't follow any complicated plan either, but as long as I'm going to spend 30-40mins on this I would prefer to have the best ROI, right? So I know exactly what I will want to workon (what exercises, muscles I want to work on, how many repetitions, etc.). Many times I can't do this because of people that will just come and randomly work on all equipments sliding in a random order from one to another, trying to use them all ;)
