Customer service that is unmatched. I truly appreciate everyone at Kuni Lexus, especially Jack Chung whose knowledge of cars is amazing, not to mention his fantastic customer service skills, patience and approachability. Service center is friendly, communicative and waiting area is so pleasant...can't believe they'll have an even nicer waiting area at the new location! It truly is a luxury experience all around!

I wrote a negative review about two weeks ago about the service that I received. After that review, I was contacted by the General Manager and Service Manager more than once. When I called them they pleaded with me to make things right and bent over backward to fix the problem even to dropping my car off at my house after fixing the persistent problem. I was impressed with their persistence and due diligence when they had the car. They truly wanted me to be happy and to continue to be a customer. I felt special and I felt cared for. I must say that over the past 10 years this is the first problem I have had with the service department and I am now humbled by their effort to make me happy. Thank You to Jared and his entire staff for correcting an irritating problem and helping me rebuild my trust in Kunis. Joe

My husband and I have been guests of Kuni Lexus for many years. We have purchased several cars from them and most recently we were assisted by Robert Lee. Robert helped us negotiate and happily become the owners of two new 2013 Lexus automobiles. He was attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. Archer Goodman, Financial Sales Manager, made the entire transaction smooth and we were informed every step of the way. Allison Degner, Technology Specialist, showed us what we needed to know about the interior of the autos before we left. We have been using Kuni Lexus for all of our service work and have been happy with all of their work. We will continue to use Kuni Lexus for any future purchases.

Read some of the reviews and am a bit surprised. I am 48 white and went into Kuni with sweatpants and a t-shirt, they never once made me feel "unwelcome" or made me feel inferior in anyway. Our service on our IS has been a struggle, it has some issues and Jared, Chad and even the Sales Mgr Mr. Evans has been involved in making things right. I have been with Kuni for years and after looking at other cars at other dealerships, its a disgrace how most operate compared to Lexus. When my lease is up in January, I will not return to Stevinson Lexus, It is Kuni Lexus whom I will purchase from, they do go out of their way to make things right.
