Team Lead, present
I am the Team-Client interface, the Team-Management interface, the local leader of the team, and a working member of the team. I guide the workflow of the project so no one is overwhelmed or becomes a bottleneck, keep the project on schedule and on budget, and track any aspect of the project needing tracking as determined by Bosch Management or Client Management. I handle timecard collection, time verification, monthly invoice package assembly, and monthly invoice package delivery. I perform formatting, editing, quality assurance, printing, and assembly of project documents, including interfacing with printers and book binders, as necessary.
