You seem to think that what’s right for you and what’s right for him are the same thing. You are 100% right in your anger and disappointment. You’re 100% wrong if you think that this selfish moocher and weakling of a parent is going to suddenly become the man you need him to be.

Block out an hour and watch this from beginning to end. It's two self-help superstars, Marie Forleo and Tony Robbins, at their finest - funny, authentic, vulnerable, confrontational and super insightful.

Women who neuter themselves in their online dating profiles are hurting their own chances to attract men, and falsely conflate dating (which ideally involves sex) with job hunting (which, ideally, doesn’t.)

You can find love online. Millions have. But that doesn't mean there aren't some fundamental flaws with the process.

Living with your parents isn’t a reflection on you being emotionally unstable, unwilling to hold down a job, in need of babying. It just means you are working to get back on your feet and you’re not there yet.

Until we all start choosing partners based on their character, kindness, integrity and emotional generosity, we’re pretty much doomed to repeat cycles of being in a relationship with the wrong person. Once you make the decision to stop being lonely and start being vulnerable and authentic, everything comes a lot easier.

My thesis – as well as most relationship experts’ thesis – is that what you’re most attracted to isn’t necessarily good for you, nor compatible in the long run. The…

This first person article by Jill Carlin Schrager found its way into my inbox and was an honest, heart-wrenching read. It was written by a mother of four boys, aged 10-23, who, for the life of her, doesn't understand them and their mysterious ways.

The guy who acts like an asshole who pretends he’s not acting like an asshole. The woman who acts crazy who pretends that her behavior isn’t crazy. Both are intolerable from the perspective of a partner.

The definition of being cool changes as you get older, but it ultimately arrives at one point: being cool is the dynamic between caring and not caring. Cool people don’t…

If you could marry him right now, knowing that he will continue to be this way for the rest of your respective lives, would you be content? If not, dump him on the spot. This IS a glimpse at your future.

Your Personal Trainer for Love - or, if you already know me, just Evan.
Introduction
I am a personal trainer for people who want to fall in love.

You may think that you don't need help - that relationships should happen naturally -  that you should instinctively understand the opposite sex. That's not true. It doesn't matter how attractive you are, how successful you are, or how much love you have to give - finding a healthy, lasting relationship takes effort. And if you're a great catch who hasn't been able to find another great catch, you may want to figure out what you can do differently.

As an author of two dating books and as a dating coach since 2003, I have helped thousands of singles conquer their own dating struggles. Most of my clients are smart, successful women, 35-60. Men need just as much relationship help - they're just rarely wise enough to ask for it.

If you're wondering whether dating coaching can give you a more confident, assured approach to finding love, check out my free eBook, "The 5 Massive Mistakes You're Making in Your Love Life - And How to Turn Them Around Instantly".

I look forward to showing you a new, confident path to love.
