My credit score has been in the low 500 for years. I started working with Credit Absolute about a year ago, and my credit score went from the low 500s to the mid 700s. Credit I was recently approved for an American Express Card, which was way out of reach before I began working with Credit Absolute. Credit Absolute is the real deal!

Derick is amazing, this is absolutely the best credit repair company in Scottsdale and probably the nation. My credit was a 567 and in 2 months my bad credit score went from a 567 to a 720, enough to qualify for my first home. Thank you!

I was not very impressed with the service. I gave them 6 months and never once was I CCed on their letters supporting my claims for correction, I did not received timely updates from correspondence on my repairs, and I was given very minimal input on the direction of my score improvement. Moreover, I think the only time Credit Absolute regularly communicated with us was when we cancelled their service and they called us get us to rejoin their program... SAD. I have gone to an attorney and it was well worth the money for the services of a professional.

Part of my agreement with our service is that you maintain proper communication with us so we can identify the problems together. I can document many calls and emails that were never responded to in a timely manner. Whenever there was a response it was simply an email which does not work if you want your credit fixed. You need to call the company back that is trying to communicate with you verbally. We do not provide the letters to the client except upon request. We do save all letters for our clients though so that if they decide to pursue legal help they can give the attorney the letters we sent for documentation to prove the credit bureaus and creditors are not updating the information they are reporting incorrectly. But if you have negative items on your credit report that are caused from yourself and you try to dispute them and those items are verified and accurate there is nothing anyone can do because they are accurate. One very important thing about my company is we do not charge anyone for anything unless a service was completed. The only charge that was implemented was for the initial credit consultation and audit. I sent out 3 rounds of letters and never received any responses from the bureaus from the client to review so I can do my job properly. Hopefully after reading the response you can see that I make a strong effort to help all of our clients.
