The ownership of this place is completely rude and unprofessional. We had a group of 45 setup with a reservation at this location, confirmed this reservations MULTIPLE times over the phone and even in person the day of the reservation and somehow the reservation changed in the few hours between the in person confirmation and the time of the reservation. The owner was completely rude and unwilling to show any form of customer service. This group has tried to eat at this location 3 years in a row and they have caused an issue every year! We were happy to leave and not provide this place any of our business this year and will never again. I don't know any restaurant owner that would turn down the easy money gained by having 45 people eating in your restaurant. Simple customer service is just not as obvious as it should be for some people. It's places like this that make it harder for restaurants with good customer service. Unbelievably bad.
