My daughter had an absolute blast. She thoroughly enjoyed herself and so did her guests. The staff were very helpful with my last minute accommodations and were great with follow through. Id definitely bring her back for play dates or a day of fun. !!

I had gone to Kids Village on a play date and thought it was the best place ever and so did my little ones I decided to do my sons 3rd birthday there. I had 15 kids and 24 adults. Booking was super easy the day of the party we just had to show up the staff is super friendly loved the time in the room they kept the kids entertained. I originally had the mayor package so glad I upgraded the difference in room size is huge for all the adults and the extra room time was great. I'll be doing my daughters 2nd bday there

We have a wonderful experience at Kidz Village for my son's 4th birthday. Prior to his celebration date, we had calls to discuss how his event was going to go and his birthday cake was done beautifully by them. The pizza and chicken tenders for the adults were better then expected! The only thing that I wish we had talked about was the opportunities to take pictures with my son during the cake event. They sang the birthday song and then went right into cutting the cake. Leaving me no opportunity to take a picture of my son with his friends along w the uncut cake nor do I have a picture with him and the cake. Clearly an oversight on everyone's part, but for a place that holds these events more times then I ever will, I had hope they thought of everything. Nonetheless, I would still recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a venue to host their kid's birthday. I found the place to be clean, well run and very friendly and helpful staff.

Advice: Show up after your kid's had a hearty nap, and you've had a lot of coffee. Carol, the party coordinator, took extra good care of us, and answered all of my questions, since I booked our party based on good reviews and not previously coming here. We were trying to find a place for the second week of January, so trying to squeeze in finding a place between holidays and a winter vacation was troublesome. I sent my husband to do recon before we officially booked, he gave the thumbs up, and Carol took care of everything. We had a blast! We threw our munchkin's 2nd birthday here, and we were thrilled. It was on a Saturday at 4pm, so of course the place was packed, but there is so much to do here with a great variety to choose from that at no time did it feel claustrophobic, just very busy. We mostly started in the playground to get our energy up, and break out of our shy little shells, and after that we all explored the different rooms. This place isn't really meant for adults, so grandparents either camped out in the cinema to watch Sofia the First (haha!) to get out of the main room, or took a breather out on the benches in the central area where they could chat and watch the craziness enfolding around them. This place is geared towards kids under 10, in my opinion anyone over 8 will probably be bored here. Once you're inside, be aware that you've got shy 2 year olds climbing around in a playground with the braver 4 and 5 year olds who will easily run them over. It's not anyone's fault, they're kids, that's their job, to be kids! The playground was large enough that I and a couple of other parents in my party were able to climb around inside with our 2 year olds, giving them the confidence they needed to push their boundaries, and giving us the ability to help them traverse the obstacles and semi-protect them from the older ones. The other kids were pretty mindful though, and happy to help the little ones along, or back up on their feet when there happened to be an accident. It was a very friendly environment. After climbing around in the playground, the kiddos started to venture towards the rooms, all for their own interests. My munchkin spent a lot of time in the restaurant playing with the food, or in the grocery store pushing carts, or in the pretend house playing with the baby dolls. When it was time to go into our party room, our personal party entertainer Gabby was very attentive, friendly, and played games with the kids. She did trivia according to the kids' interests (all prearranged of course), and they made a special cake with Daniel Tiger printed on top (my girl's favorite character). We danced, we played, we even attempted to play limbo, which was pretty funny ("No, you're supposed to go under the stick, not try to hang of of it!"). We ordered a separate party platter and sodas for the adults, who had space enough in the party room to be somewhat removed while Gabby and her assistant kept the kids happy. Everyone got a goodie bag (they had a few options, we opted for the baby ones, since they were the most appropriate), and a handful of tokens to use at the arcade. At the end of the party, the staff gave us a rolling tub with all the gifts and food so we could easily unload into our car in one shot and be on our way. There was no pressure to leave or hurry up, they worked with us so that it was stress-free and easy going, even with a pack of 2 year olds. When comparing the various venues and what we were looking for in a party, this gave us the most bang for our buck. For what felt like the same price as the other places, you get a party room just for your party, a dedicated party entertainer, goodie bags, food and soda, invitation and thank you cards, tableware, tokens for the arcade, and a huge place with so much to do. And afterwords, you can stay as long as you like, there's no pressure. It's all inclusive, safe, friendly, and they take care of you from the moment you walk in the door. We felt right at home here. We will gladly return to play, or book another party here.

Kidz Village is wonderful. My kids love it, and they stay there for hours. The place is very clean, and the food is good. Free internet is provided for the parents who can sit on benches in the middle and watch their kids engage in lots of play. We had our kids' birthday party there, and the service was fabulous. Two thumbs up!!!

I recently had my son's 5th birthday party at Kidz Village - Kenilworth and the party was a great success. All the kids and adults had fun at the party. Our party hostess, Jessie, was awesome with the kids. She kept them entertained throughout the party. Carol, the manager, was very helpful from the time we booked the party to the day of the party. She always responded quickly if I had any questions. I will definitely book my children's party there again.
