Broken iPhone screen? Here's Apple's authorised 3 step fix.
Damaging your iPhone or getting a crack in the glass can seem like a disaster, but Service Plus will help get you back up and running quick smart by following this process:

1. Get your iPhone assessed by New Zealand's Apple authorised repair providers, Service Plus.  Log the case online and drop it off or courier it to your nearest branch (NZ wide, Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch). http://www.serviceplus.co.nz/Brands/Apple+iPhone+Authorised+Repairs.html
2. Service Plus will provide a written report and quote the cost of the repair.  You can either accept the quote or pass it on to your insurer if you are insured.
3.  That's all you need to do!  Once Service Plus has received the accepted quote from you or the insurer, they will proceed to repair the iPhone (this can involve replacing the iPhone with an  exchange unit from Apple).  When it's ready to go, you'll receive an email and/or txt to let you know that it is ready to collect.

For more information about the process or Service Plus, feel free to give the team a call on 0800 007722.

IMPORTANT: Don't use an un-authorised repairer to service your precious Apple equipment.  They do not use genuine parts (even though they often say they do), the quality of the repairs is poor (e.g. the calibration of the touch screen is not done so you end up mis-keying words on the keyboard etc), and Apple will no longer support the product.  When you have a repair done by Service Plus, the original Apple warranty continues, and you retain your full consumer rights.

The new iPhones look stunning and the new payments ability is a game changer.  No more wallet or credit cards.  I also love the image stabilisation and the fact they've stuck to 8 megapixels on the camera (high res sensors make for a BAD experience on smartphones.  Low res = better low light performance). #iphone6   #iphone

This is Skypes new translation function - translating English to German and back during a Skype call.  Why learn another language when you can just do this?
