The best customers service I have had in years. I needed a part for my folding bike, I originally went to another shop that specialized in folding bikes and was unable to order this part with them due too there part vendors restrictions on small orders. I stumbled upon mikes bikes on the web and took a chance. I was able to order over the phone and received a courtesy call when it arrived. The part arrived quicker than i expected, even with the the other bike shops inability to order this part initially, l had planned to have them do the installment . At this point I was a little pressed for time and decided to I inquired the see if they could install/ cost

Big shop with sales in one door and repairs in the other. Friendly service staff, but you might need to make an appointment in advance. can order online and pickup free in store.

Helped me out and fixed my bike's flat tire even though it was past the time to close shop. Great people!

I have been there four times for two separate services (it's near me) and every visit, I was treated with arrogant condescension and disrespect. I was even insulted on one occasion. Every time I go back, I see the same people that treated me like crap previously. So, clearly no one is making any changes. They also like to charge you and extra $15 when ever they lift a finger. Check your receipt! This last time wasn't the worst but, it WAS the last. It should be noted that the sales team is nice and helpful. I guess that's why they're on that side of the shop.

There are so many reasons why I only shop at Mike's Bikes. From helping you pick out your first bike, or custom build your 5th they treat you the same. The techs next door are amazing and always take the extra time to make sure everything is perfect with your bike before they give it back to you. Been a loyal customer for several years and will continue to be! Keep up the great work.

My friend lent me his bike to use for a while under the caveat I got the gears repaired. So I headed to Mike's Bikes on a Saturday afternoon where I was greeted by a friendly staff member as soon as I entered the shop. I explained the problem (I didn't know exactly what was wrong), they checked the bike, identified the problem and fixed it on the spot in about ~15 minutes for ~$20. I was pretty impressed with the service, but that wasn't the end of it! On my way back home I managed to get a puncture in the rear wheel, I quickly walked the bike back to the shop where to my dismay they were closing. Despite the fact it was already 10 minutes past closing they let me in the shop. It turned out a special key was required to remove the wheel which I didn't have, so they agreed to let me leave the bike in the shop for several days until I was able to get the key off my friend. They even noticed my dirty hands while I was filling in some paper work and allowed me to wash them out back. All of which was totally above and beyond what they needed to do in my books, especially since the shop was technically closed, really impressed!
