From check in to check out, everything was great. The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was helpful and courteous. I ate and gambled across the way at the Borgata and everything was great there too. I look forward to returning!

Me and my wife spent our anniversary is a very luxury hotel with luxury prices. Like the previous reviewer said, be prepared to drop a $150 security depo on arrival with a major credit card. The rooms are amazing and views are beautiful, we had a corner room which really had a great view of the boat club. If you got it like that and want to splurge at AC then the Water Club is your spot.

Stayed two nights. Loved the room and the views. Staff was courteous. Had dinner at Bobby Flays Steak and the food was amazing and so was the service. The casinos are packed! Would definitely stay here again.

The spa is nicely appointed and quite comfortable place to unwind, however things seem to be slipping with regards to the service of the spa. You no longer get food service through a person, you need to find a phone and call in your ordermaking it a rather streesful expierence. My massage was ...well pretty bad, the massage therapist was rather young and seemed disinterested in what she was doing, cold hands, cold lotion and spent more time arranging my sheets then my massage. My companion after her massage was completed her male therapist made a comment about her body, and then offered his personal bussiness card with his cell number in case "she ever needed him" Loved the hotel, spa sucked...

The Water Club has a beautiful and quiet ambience. Having an indoor and outdoor pool for 18 and older is a nice change from Borgata's pool of non stop Marco Polo. For families the Borgata's pool is great.

Staying at borgota..maybe I'm spoiled by vegas (venetian, belliago etc)...but checking into immersion spa. (at water club)..while waiting for my wifes massage I got "excuse me sir...excuse me do you have your papers" by a rather rude and apologetic attendant. Only to then try to use one the three experiences (a jacuzzi) to find them "adding water"...which brought them to about 80 degrees. Not great. Pool area is gorgeous... Spa is clean...but certainly nothing special
