Thank you for sharing, Mr. Tan.  I am a huge believer in the benefits of meditation, yoga, mindfulness - and love the SIY program/book you have brought into this world.  However, in this case, I wonder if there's a key variable that was not isolated in the experiment that had a greater affect on the results:  "individual" CBT sessions vs "group" mindfulness treatment sessions...
