I like Google+'s new layout and it makes me feel like an FB traitor.

Take five minutes out of your day to learn about...gasp....SCIENCE! Rad game.
Grow your neuron as long as possible by clicking on protein targets. You can only click on protein targets within your circle of influence but you need to be quick as it decreases over time. Oh one ...

This typeface is breathtaking. HARF 77 reminds me of suburban sunsets in California, desert sand, pizza, and chillwave.

Trying out Google Play for the first time...IT'S DELICIOUS. Since my 2TB WD external died out today, I'm pretty glad there's an online media storage option for those of us that prefer our FLAC and 320s.

All office spaces should be designed with ball pits and slides. WebMetro already has balls for chairs, but we need to step it up by adding more slides and tunnels. And a pool. And hammocks.

Yep. So now that Harry Potter is over I have no desire to see any other movie ever again.

Located towards the back of LA's Farmer's Market, this stall is a popular joint for southern delights. If you're on a budget and want some savory surprises, order their crawfish pies. They're empanada-esque goodies that are less than $10, but plentiful enough as a full meal.

Hot, loud, and sometimes smelly, this is the best place to watch underground bands from the area and beyond. The bathroom is drizzled in graffiti, the couches have no cushion, but there's no better to place to soak up Los Angeles underground then here. Being served breakfast from the girls of Mika Miko, getting sweaty in the pits of Retox, or even scoring that one obscure vinyl from a dude with a box outside, this place is for making memories.

Popular place for Downtowners. The pizza was okay, but if you're a mushroom person, do yourself a favor and order the portobello fries. I hate mushrooms, but this was so heavenly that I frequently brave the parking fiasco of this area to munch on them.

It looks fancy, but the service and drinks do not match the atmosphere. Located behind Vermont near the alley, it envelopes a beautiful tree decorated with lights. However, the magic stops there - ordering a drink takes time, getting your drink takes time, and then forcing yourself to down your terrible, overpriced drink takes time. Yikes.

Old school cocktails with a matching decor make this a great place to have deep, dark conversations about hunting with your best friends. Their outdoor patio is also nice and secluded, but beware the onslaught of smokers on a packed night. If you're a hard liquor type of person, you'll dig this place.

The drinks here are EXCELLENT with friendly servers and an awesome atmosphere to boot. All the drinks are well made and uniquely served in mason jars. Depending on your poison, you'll have a 'snowball' popped on top with garnishes, which is a sweet treat while you dig into your alcohol. If you want an adventure, get their 'Fatal Hour' - it's exactly what it sounds like. ;)

Amazing selection of odd, chic apparel and jewelry. They have a cool selection of bone jewelry on consignment - though expensive, the quality and uniqueness is unparalleled.
