主要食材
有機杞子 20~30粒
有機紅棗 8~12粒
雞翼 1磅

調味料
花雕酒 適量
碎雞汁 適量

步驟1
1磅雞翼出水, 然後浸冰水, 冷卻後備用

步驟2
碎雞汁及花雕酒, 按1比1比例混合加入雞翼

步驟3
加入浸軟的紅棗和將杞子直接加入醬汁浸雞翼, 浸1晚, 第二日入味即可食用

小貼士除雞中翼可用雞賢尖 或鴨翼, 同樣美味
嗜甜朋友加少許冰糖更佳
浸時可用盒裝好放雪櫃更方便, 又不怕味道留雪櫃和不小心弄污
這款餸, 開party也是受歡迎小食
