About last night.... Lets start with the bat that came outta nowhere in our dining establishment (indoors mind you) and then our waiter taking straws with no wrapper on them with his bare hands and putting them in our drinks... Back to the NASTY BAT that CAME flying over our table of food( WE we're eating inside)... in disgust and shock we decided eating anything on the table was a no go..do you think we were appropriately compensated? Absolutley not.. 200.00 for a single bite of food 18% tax with an 8$ automatic tip added to each bill. We couldn't even get a discount and someone in our party trapped the nasty RODENT for them and we didn't get even so much of a thank you! The manager came from the kitchen picked it up from under our friends foot and asked if we wanted him to make us some new food we ofcourse said no, and he walked back into the kitchen Bat in hand. NEVER AND I MEAN EVER WILL I EVEN LOOK TWICE AT THIS PLACE AGAIN...CORPORATE WILL BE CALLED FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING!!!

ABSOLUTE worst dining experience of my life. I went there on Valentine's Day. We had made reservations a couple weeks before then and while the concept of a reservation is typically to avoid having to wait more than 5-10 minutes. Not only did we wait roughly 20 minutes past our 7:00 pm reservations to even have anyone acknowledge we merely existed, it took them an additional 15 minutes to hand us menus before they ran off before we could get a word out that we knew what we wanted to drink (we were parched). 7:45 rolls around and our waitress asks what we want to drink. I ordered a wine and my wife ordered a beer. 8:15 and she comes back with a beer and a goofy smile and tells me they don't have that wine. I order a different one and some water ASAP. Luckily that only took her 5 min to bring me a wine in a DIRTY glass with lipstick stain and fingerprints on its who weren't willing to wait a half a hour to be asked what they wanted to drink). At this point my wife goes to the bar and watches the manager pour 2 glasses(to compensate) into clean glasses (after picking up 4 and putting them to the light--picking the 2 my wines were poured into). At 8:30 we order and luckily it only took about 15 minutes for our food to come out and 10 minutes for us to eat and it was good, not fantastic but totally not worth going back for. EVER. TLDR: Dirty silverware, 2 hours of waiting/10 min of eating, food was overall not bad. NOT WORTH IT.

Go there if you wanna be fleeced! Expect your check to have sneaky charges.. Horridly expensive for the food and service... we ended up paying everything just to get it over with! Only thing good about this place is the fancy name and location..

Very very very expensive for the mediocre food and service... We were 4 adults and 2 kids went there on a Saturday evening, place was literally empty save for one family !! Waiter looked Indian, and we ordered some of the most common Indian dishes we usually order. Like I said everything was mediocre, but that was not our problem!! The Lamb Vindaloo we ordered was through-the-roof-hot! I mean the spicyness was off the charts, had twice/thrice the quantity of RedChilly powder for sure.. a mistake of the cook's part for sure.. So I call the waiter and ask her if she can take it back and get us the same dish but done right! She blatantly refuses! says that's how a Lamb Vindaloo is to taste like, and quite rudely says we cant return it either!!! Now, I'm South Indian.. not like a second generation American-Indian or anything either.. I eat real spicy stuff everyday... and I know how Lamb Vindaloo tastes like.. Paprika/Chilli power is like salt.. there is a range the palate - any palate can take! and this was waaay off the limits!! Ok, now here comes the stinger. In such cases where I had wasted 19$ on a dish I cant eat, I usually tip 10% tops... so imagine my surprise when the bill came with a 18% gratuity!!! When questioned, the waiter lady said we were a party of 6!!! 4 adults and 2 kids. Ok.. so this was the first time I was charged gratuity for 4 adults! We were so upset we just paid up and left.. Never ever going back.. and am passing the word around too..

I've been to Dancing Ganesha a few times and have never been disappointed like my last visit. We stood by the door waiting to get seated for over 12 minutes. The servers kept looking at us but no one came to greet us or get us a table. We had to walk up to the bar and sit there and wait another 10 min to ask for a menu. Very disappointed with the service. The food was good though.

I'm really impressed with this restaurant! The atmosphere, the service (they're happy and delighted to serve you) and their dishes are incredibly delicious :-P I had the signature "Tikka Masala" and the "Bagahare Baigan" which are true winners for even the most demanding palates! I give it 5 Likes-On-Fire to the Dancing Ganesha! Give yourself the opportunity to try it out, and you'll be amazed!!
