Response from the owner - a year ago
I have spoken with Ken about his issues with the color that was chosen and I explained that I want a satisfied customer and I have offered to remove his exisiting system and replace it with a color that he has chosen from our showroom at no charge to him. Ken and his wife came into the showroom and picked out a different color. I wanted to make sure they were satisfied with the work we did. Even though thye signed off on the original color, we removed that system and installed a new one with the color they chose. They are now happy. He has told me several times that he would update his review to reflect the fact that we went above and beyond to make him happy, but as of 12/20/13 he has not done so.
