I have them a 3 because the waitress made up for what the food lacked. She told us this was her first night by herself and she was nervous and still learning the menu. She was very friendly and never let our drinks get empty. The desert was the best part. My husband ordered the seafood Mac and cheese and didn't even eat but a few bites. I have steak. Parts of it were cooked perfectly and parts were still mooing! Plus one whole section was nothing but fat. My steak was the blandest thing ive ever tasted I'm not sure if they even put pepper on it. The food was lacking severely. beer selection was decent.

Let me start by saying I know that serving a large party can be difficult and stressful...with that said our server was set up to fail by her manager.. we were a party of 26 13 kids and 13 adults. Reservations were made on Wed for Saturday night. We arrived as they were getting out seating g together. The manager was assisting with the this at the time. We had one server. ...did I entire were were a party of 26???? It took 20 minutes to get all of our drink orders...another 15 or more to distribute them....I felt bad for our server and started to help her deliver the drinks since no one else not even the anger came back around for to help. Imagine the amount of time it took to take the food orders and even longer to get them. Half of our party was done with their food before others got their. . Some plates were cold and 5.meala never even arrived! I went up to other staff members that were seating get people at the door and suggested they get some more help for our kind swrver. I got the head nodding and "oh yeas if course" and no one not even the manager showed up to help her. I began to bus the tablea. And here is the icing on the cake because after 2 plus hours of this week began to get frustrated and as a member of our party was walking out of the bathroom she overheard the manager say to another employee "what does a party of 26 think? That things are gonna so smoothly" are you kidding me????? If this is the message the manager is sending down the line to her employees then this place is screwed! The food was mediocre at best and although our server did the best she could and visibly overwhelmwd...the anger never once came out to apologize or even check in!!! I highly recommend a more stringent management training program and fire this managwr that was on last night 3/12 immediately!

Good selection of beer for an otherwise unremarkable sports bar and fried-food dispensary. Good parking and open pretty late.

When they first opened I thought the food and the service was fine. Recently, over the last year and on two occasions the food was mediocre and the service was bad. After an hour and 10 min wait, getting seated, drinks and ordering lunch I left my guests and went to another appointment. The service was so slow it was it was crazy. I went another Sunday night around 8:00PM, not very many people there, the service was once again slow, and at one point I had to ask another wait staff to find our wait person..she apparently had a melt down in the back room and disappeared? It was terrible....we had to send my wife's steak back twice! I must say they gave us a free desert for our troubles, but that was little to late as I finished my dinner before my wife got her steak back the second time. Very disappointed, and I can't recommend them.

This experience doesn't sound up to Miller's Ale House standards, Mark. Please email with the details and location so we can make things right!

My wife and I have been there a few times when we visit the Boston area and everything we've tried has always been wonderful and at a very reasonable price and not many places in the Boston area can fit that description.
