When they first opened I thought the food and the service was fine. Recently, over the last year and on two occasions the food was mediocre and the service was bad. After an hour and 10 min wait, getting seated, drinks and ordering lunch I left my guests and went to another appointment. The service was so slow it was it was crazy. I went another Sunday night around 8:00PM, not very many people there, the service was once again slow, and at one point I had to ask another wait staff to find our wait person..she apparently had a melt down in the back room and disappeared? It was terrible....we had to send my wife's steak back twice! I must say they gave us a free desert for our troubles, but that was little to late as I finished my dinner before my wife got her steak back the second time. Very disappointed, and I can't recommend them.

This experience doesn't sound up to Miller's Ale House standards, Mark. Please email with the details and location so we can make things right!

Not impressed glasses had stuff on it from previous drinks. We notified the bartender who then simply cleaned them off and gave them back as if we wouldn't notice. That is disgusting.

Stopped in randomly on the way home and honestly, didn't know what to expect. It has a casual pub feel but not overly bar-ish where my kids were out of place or cheesy like a TGIF. Service was fast and very friendly. The food was great. My husbands food was cooked correctly and I had the Millers seafood platter. I normally dislike mussels and clams but these were delicious. Everything on our table was. The price was completely reasonable as well. Overall, I was so pleasantly surprised by our experience that I felt urged to leave this review and add this restaurant to our frequented spots.

The service was absolutely terrible. We didn't get a waiter to ask us for drinks until 20 minutes after we sat down. The food was disgusting, with hardly any flavor or seasoning on anything. The fries tasted like they were reheated and the mashed potatoes like they had just gotten out of the microwave and tasted like they had been sitting around for months. Overpriced and not worth anyone's time.

Usually, I'm not hugely fond of chain restaurants but can tolerate them. They tend to offer pretty good service at affordable prices and are pretty reliable. They're also consistent. However on my first and only visit here, I left completely baffled. Miller Ale House is and should be similar to a Yard House. Or so you'd think. They brand themselves as a sports bar and rightfully so. They have a ton of televisions broadcasting all kinds of games. They also have a ton of beer. Being a fan of both things, I was actually looking forward to my visit here. Parking was a breeze, there's plenty of it and it's covered. We sat at a table near the windows, near the Buck Hunter arcade machine. We ordered a few things to nosh on including some nachos and inquired about the beer. Our server knew absolutely nothing about beer. And when I mean nothing, I mean absolutely nothing. He couldn't even tell the difference between a pilsner and a stout. Considering that they proudly advertise their beer menu, this was surprising. We asked about a few of their higher priced craft beers and he was incapable of telling us if they have them in the back. We shrugged. Not only that but we also noticed that their beer menu advertised Fat Tire which isn't even available in Massachusetts. This leads me to conclude that their menus aren't custom printed at all and that they use a one-size-fits-all approach. Terrible. All in all my visit here was more than underwhelming. The food sucked, the beers were hard to get since the staff was mostly clueless about the inventory. I'd be very hard pressed to return here.

been coming here since it opened. Service is almost always sub par to terrible, food is mediocre to terrible (and overpriced) and bar service/drinks are always terrible. Large selection of beers on tap and lots of TVs, good environment, but they totally lose all points for service and quality.

This is a great place to grab a beer (a huge selection of craft beer) and watch the game. There are TVs everywhere and are very organized when it comes to Sundays and NFL games. The food is pretty decent for sandwiches, burgers, salads. The service is not consistent but the food and beer selection keeps me coming back.
