BTW, Sir Marino: Gentlemen do not stroke dogs open-handedly and without advance warning to them. The dogs perceive it as an act of intimidation. Try something else: keep your hands well in its view, and stroke gently its forehead, in the small space between its two eyes. When it gets used to it, you can fondle its ears, but don't pull. This will save you unnecessary conflicts with them... Cheers!
