Deadlift is considered the king of all the exercises. If you go heavy, it'll help you build mass & burn tons of cals at the same time. It works on a large group of muscle as shown in the image. But to get most out of it, you always need to take care of your form & posture to avoid injury. #HKWorkoutSeries
