From Twitter responses to Congressional Investigation into Trump wiretap claims and Russian collusion with Trump's administration:

Garry Kasparov‏ @Kasparov63 32 minutes ago

The house is on fire, Trump is running around with a box of matches, and the GOP demands to know who called the fire department.

In a tweet today, Ezra Klein ‏@ezraklein explained something much darker ...

It's not about the crowd size.
This, along with much else Spicer said, was plainly untrue. But there's a strategy at work here The Trump administration is creating a baseline expectation among its loyalists that they can't trust anything said by the media. The spat over crowd size is a low-stakes, semi-comic dispute, but the groundwork is being laid for much more consequential debates over what is, and isn't true.

Delegitimizing the institutions that might report inconvenient or damaging facts about the president is strategic for an administration that has made a slew of impossible promises and takes office amid a cloud of ethics concerns and potential scandals.

lt also gives the new administration a convenient scapegoat for their continued struggles with public opinion, and their potential future struggles with reality. This kind of "dishonesty from the media," Spicer said, is making it hard "to bring our country together." lt's not difficult to imagine the Trump administration disputing badjobs numbers in the future, or claiming
their Obamacare replacement covers everyone when it actually throws millions off insurance.

... and they are stressing that people should "respect" the office of the president ...

"We reject the false doctrine, as though the Church in human arrogance could place the Word and work of the Lord in the service of any arbitrarily chosen desires, purposes, and plans."

In May 1934, German Christians took a stance against the moves by the relatively new Nazi regime to utilize the Church for its purposes. These Christians gathered in Barmen Germany to make a united statement against the Hitler inspired corruption of the Gospel and putting the Church under the direction of the government.

Christians in America need to be watchful ...
... we should not allow our beliefs to be used in support of demeaning others.
... we should not allow our faith to be used in the deportation of others.
... we should not allow our God to be seen as promoting the aims of a "race," or the "rich," or the "restoration" of some imagined past.
God calls us to speak for the voiceless, defend the powerless, house the homeless, feed the hungry, find the lost.
God bless us all in the coming years ...

Samsung i747 S3 - I had R1 (8/9) and just flashed 8/27 R2. Both have issue with Google Duo. When try to start, popup appears saying it cannot access the camera, because in use by another app.

I've been running OctOS for about a month. no problems until trying to install and open Google Duo. Duo won't let me get by the second entry saying that another app is using the camera. I have rebooted, and all other apps are not running.
Anyone else with this problem?

Happy, darkest birthday to you, +jack wallen !
