Food always seems fresh and cooked just right. Selection is good from hot to cold and from meat cuts to pastas. I also like the fact that you can make your own sandwich if something like that is on your mind. Good seating options - open and booths available. I never had a problem with drinks (never flat or off taste) or refills as well - which matters more to me than most people so I pay close attention.

great experience and great food. I had the opportunity to try the new smoked pork and pimento cheese sandwich and I loved it. can't beat complimentary ice cream and muffins.

Just went there tonight. Besides the food being great, we were surprised by a very nice gesture. Our three-year-old finished his mac-n-cheese kids meal and wanted more. I went up to ask the employee at the register if it was possible to buy another portion of the mac-n-cheese, but not as a bundled kids meal, since we didn't need another beverage. The employee explained that no, the beverage was actually complimentary, so the price on the menu was really for just the mac-n-cheese. I didn't want to buy a whole, new kids meal since, again, we didn't need the beverage and for all I knew, my kid was going to take one more bite and say he was full. So I declined, thanked him, and went to sit back down. Five minutes later, the employee came up to us with a small bowl of mac-n-cheese. He had gone to ask the manager, who generously agreed to offer it to us, on the house. Later, when I went up to exchange my salad plate, the same employee actually asked if the additional mac-n-cheese was enough. Wow! It was a small gesture at a tiny financial cost to them, but I was completely blown away by the thought behind it because it was not something I asked for or expected. Special kudos to this very nice young man who went beyond the call of duty to seek out the manager and make my three-year-old very happy. You've ensured a loyal customer!

I always tell myself that I'm going to get a salad but usually end up getting the Ruben.

I called to place a pick up order due to my work schedule. I asked to pay over the phone like I always do and the girl who answered stated that she was "to busy to have me pay over the phone". I was shocked at her rudeness and attitude towards me for I was being very easy, sweet and not complicated. I will not be ordering again from this location for I will not be treated rudely when I am giving service and money to a place. I hope that management there will look into this situation and make some changes.

The food is good and prices are fair. My one complaint is that during the lunch rush it can get very cramped and loud in the restaurant.

Good sandwiches. Not my favorite place, but good for a quick bite to eat. Wish it wasn't so loud though.
