"Biscuits and gravy was decent, English muffins were burnt."
"Also what kind of place doesn't have strawberry jelly."
"It was a little warm in there, but the fresh OJ made up for it."

We came into Jelly at lunch time and there was no wait. As we were seated, we passed the counter and five waitresses standing and talking. Not one of them greeted us or acknowledged us. After we were seated or waitress came and took our drink order, brought drinks and then disappeared for 20 minutes. Although she didn't disappear, she was standing at the hostess stand talking. When we asked another server to get out waitress, he looked confused. It took another 5 minutes for the waitress to come to our table. The good was good, but the service was terrible.

My girlfriend picked us up a to-go order...what a monumental dissapointment. I had the steak skillet, she had the steak burrito. Let's start there. First, not one, but TWO hairs in our to go box. Steak was extremely bland, overdone and sparse throughout the skillet and burrito. My skillet was overwhelmed with potatoes and had a serious lack of every vegetable mentioned in the description. Her tortilla shell was soft in some spots and hard in others? We got a side of fruit which consisted of one pathetically small orange slice, a few pieces of HARD pineapple and admittedly fresh and delicious cantaloupe. The only redeeming factor was the free coffee they gave us for our order not being ready when they said it would. I'd take Dennys or IHOP over this place any day.

It was literally the worst service ive ever experienced!!! The manager was extremely rude and unpleasant!! The food was served cold and the wait was long.. We were seated and then ignored for 20 minutes.. When we finally was acknowledged it was then another 25 min wait befor our food arrived.. Save tour self the trouble!! Dont go...

The food is really great. I just wish the service and team had more energy and enthusiasm. They're great altogether, I just wish I could see more energy on the floor. :-) Other than that, great food, and great service. Clean dining areas everytime I come in. Keep up the good work! I'll be back.

OVER PRICED AND PANCAKES AREN'T AMAZING FOR THE PRICE YOU PAY FOR. This is a restaurant that specialized in pancakes, i feel like you better sell top notch pancakes. Unfortunately i got the sampler pancakes, and they were okay. (DISAPPOINTING BECAUSE I WAS EXCITED)Pancakes were kind of dry, there was no unique amazing taste. *They do have strawberry jam.(someone in a previous review said they didn't)* The wait was very long! it took around 40 minutes to get our food. Our server was really nice but busy, the wait seemed to come from the kitchen. My husband got the "Huevos Rancheros" and didn't come with eggs, they also forgot the tortillas and took another 15 minutes to bring them. SO by the time the tortillas got there his food was cold. The steak on the huevos rancheros was very good and tender. LASTLY our table was so wobbly!!!!!!!! ugh so our coffee spilled. we had to put a folded napkin to fix the problem. (we as in us, the customers)

Corn beef hash was burnt, charged us adult prices for all 3 kids meals, pointed it out and they only changed one on the receipt. Got their at 1 wasn't crowded but took them 15 minutes to take out order and even longer to get food.. . The hostess couldn't be bothered to get off the phone to great me when paying. Biscuits and gravy was decent, English muffins were burnt. If your into places that will get things 1/2 right this is your joint but I won't ever bring my family there ever again.

Food was nothing special, prices were normal to some overpricing. Would I go? Probably not. Jedi's has better food.

Visited on a Saturday recently, and I was taking my mother for her first time. It was exactly 2:30pm. As we walk in, we were first of all not greeted with a hello, not a welcome to Jelly, but a "yea you know we close at 3?" And I said do you mean you expect us to leave the restaurant by 3? The woman said yes. I was appalled that any establishment would turn down business at the door 30 mins before closing and expect their patron to leave at their closing time. I took my mother to Dennys! They had great customer service btw!
