U.S. doesn't even get on the medal stand at the Global Software Alliance Cloud Ranking. Coming in 4th behind (1) Japan, (2) Australia, and (3) Germany. Some of our issues include lack of high bandwidth penetration and a patchwork of (according to the report) conflicting privacy laws at the State level contribute to an overall lower score. Sounds like things that we can overcome! (Albeit our Federal and State Gov't relationship are much different than the rest of the world -- which is a good thing -- so perhaps the States can work amongst themselves to figure this out)
