Whole Foods Raises Funds for Colorado Flood Victims This Thurs. Sept 26 – Shop Til' You Drop in Colorado Stores and 5% Will Be Donated – Pass it On!

I found out from Whole Foods that they are having a fundraising day this Thursday in all their Colorado stores.
5% of sales (excluding alcohol) will be donated in full to the Colorado Flood Victim Relief.
This is a huge contribution and will raise a lot of money.
Please pass this on to your fellow Coloradans so we can all raise a lot of money!

Can my plant be for sale before I patent it? Introducing the patent phrase "Novelty"

Deciding whether to file a patent application for a patent is a bit of a "which comes first – the chicken or the egg" riddle. Do I test the market and sell the plant and then patent it once I see there is consumer demand? Or, do I protect my legal rights to the plants from the onset, incur the expenses associated with it, and submit a patent application before I sell?
