My previous employer signed that they would not dispute my unemployment claim. But, it isn't up to them, it is up to the Department of Labor.
So this money that I essentially paid in for unemployment (don't tell me my employer didn't lower my salary to pay into unemployment. The employer always passes those costs on down in different ways), I'm not eligible because I can't "look for work."
Of course I can't, I'm disabled!!! I have 2 doctors saying that I am disabled, for 7 different medical reasons.
