Kerry,
Great way to make use of G+.  I haven't used it too much since I'm still figuring it out.  Thx for the invite as well.

The Fastlane plan is going well.  The teeball blog is gaining interest, guest blogs and someone paid me money to post one of their articles.  Making a new transition with the blog  so we'll see how that goes.  Also the ebook I'm writing is 80% complete.  I owe a lot to you and Kerry.

Take the comments of others with a grain of salt. My property has been managed by Bradley Properties since 2005. If you don't know, Bradley can not fix some thing in the rental unless the owner allows it. So it is really the owner who is at fault and not Bradley Properties. Some property owners give the word slum lord a bad name. Do your own research and don't judge a book by its cover. Not all renters are angels and little dings they caused will of course require part of their rental deposit.
