This was my first facial/microdermabrasion and it was fantastic. Right from the start, they made me feel comfortable. It was clean, welcoming, and informative. They are not trying to oversell you on products (although I did buy $150 worth of creams because I took her advice seriously and wanted to give it a try to deal with my dark circles and dry skin). I also bought the membership. $60 bucks a month for a 50 min massage or facial, peel or microdermabrasion and $30 for any second treatment in that month. C'mon. It's worth it if your serious about not groupon hopping and really want to invest in your skin and yourself. I've already received compliments on my skin after 1 session.

the people here are pleasant and do a fairly decent job. i've been going for laser hair removal treatments that i purchased on livingsocial and so far so good. 1st appt was better than the 2nd...my technician seemed to be a bit busier the 2nd time and it showed. she seemed to rush thru my time with her and she used a different machine which was a lil bit more painful than the one she used the 1st time. but again thats not really her fault. the treatments are working really well so whatever minor complaints i have are quickly squashed by the successfulness of the laser treatments.

7-24-2013..a horrible experience there .I went to Skin Spa for laser,I had a strange experience.I Didn't realize that the smoothing cream was mandatory 4 laser.......Disappointed with both the customer service at Reception and the service with the laser tech . . 1* star for demanding TIPS.. 1 *star for having rude people answer their phone. 1* desk people are a mix or outright rude ..... 1* star for the fact that i now have to buy another 6 sessions at a real laser place... minus 1 star for misrepresenting what is actually used (IPL machines are cheaper, so many will try to pass them off as lasers).I don't need to spend my money and leave feeling stressed ...plus ended up in the hospital, that was my fault..

After reading a review about how they arent good with ethnic skin I was reluctant to go however after shopping around I decided to give them a try. I went here for my first facial (The About Face)and Greta was amazing. She was very gentle and explained the entire process, as well as gave me some skin care recommendations. I will def be back.
