Menu

An Irish local pub in the heart of Leslieville, serving a wide range of Irish & Canadian premium craft beers, whiskies & spirits, fresh oysters, and quality homemade food. Céilí (pronounced Kay-lee) is an Irish word for a social get-together of music, song and dance. With that come the food and drink. Our “Irish Local” is a place for friends and families in the neighborhood to convene for conversation and good “craic” (Irish for good fun).

Amazing home cooked meals. Live Irish music some nights. Patio in the summer. Yurt in the winter. (Very intimate - they play vinyl records in it.)

I didn't know what to expect walking through a dome like building. It felt like a secret place and we turned the corner and there I was in a random cottage. It was an underground, rustic, cozy feeling. The mood was perfect for our anniversary. We would go back for sure. Authentic cuisine is so romantic.

Recently moved to Leslieville and The Ceili Cottage has quickly become our favourite local. The food is fantastic - perfect Maritime oysters and peat-smoked Irish salmon; the cottage pie on Saturdays is delicious. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming and it's just a lovely atmosphere. Cannot recommend it highly enough!

This bar has a great atmosphere, most people wouldn't think that judging from the outside. I assume that will help keep out snobby customers anyway. Food tasted very good and pricing was fair.

Amazing place! You can play your own vynil in yurt and food is great. Forgot to mention great beer selection too.

Went there, entered the place, realized how small it is and there is no place to sit. I saw roughly 3-4 tables and the chairs along the bar counter. So during winter time, keep that mind before heading out there.

I have been to the Cottage on a number of occasions. The owner is a great guy, the space is nice. The food is okay, but I hear the muscles and oysters are excellent. Service is generally good too.
