Ferret surgery. Removal of intestinal foreign object that caused an obstruction of her intestines. This I a very common condition in young inquisitive ferrets. Be careful what sort of freedom you give your ferret.

To all our Downtown Greensboro Animal Hospital pet lovers and friends. Check out this helpful information on heartworm disease. Heartworm disease is a very serious infection in dogs (and cats) that is spread from dog to dog through the bite of a mosquito (yikes).  We have tons of mosquitoes in the Southeast and thus recommend year round monthly heartworm prevention prevention for dogs.
