So let start with the thing you can change right away. Like most girls I Love my shoes the higher the better. However choose comfortable, roomy, and well-cushioned shoes, try to avoid shoes with large heels and narrow toe areas. Additional body weight puts a lot of stress on the feet so maintain a healthy weight. Daily foot hygiene is very important for a number reasons so practice good foot hygiene. Skin injury (Cuts, Scrapes, Bruises, Blister) can create all kinds foot challenges so protect your feet when outdoors Get fit and stay fit keep the muscles of the lower legs and feet strong and flexible, add some corrective-exercise to your fitness program. Remember most of us will experience foot pain from overuses or poor fitting shoes or even dehydration, however there’s no need to suffer long term. Take today's workout outdoors shovel snow.
Shoveling snow is a high-intensity workout that uses most every muscle in th body. If you have not exercised in a while take it slow, use proper technique; pull in your core, lift from your legs, and switch up your grip when you alternate sides. Why not burn some extra calories and shovel the sidewalk or the walkway next door and get some do good points as well!
