Earll Dr. Full Remodel

The client wanted to update this 1950's home into something more modern; with high efficiency windows, air conditioner, and functionality, as she was planning to sell.

The floor plan changed slightly & made a huge impact. The most notable was the kitchen opening up into the living room. This allowed light to enter the kitchen & make a more cohesive floor plan where all family members could enjoy the space. The other big change was the Front door entered directly into the stove. We closed that in and created a much-needed pantry. Another area is the living/dining room entry into the great room. It went from a small single doorway into a large entry way. This enabled the fireplace to be enjoyed from most of the home. There was a strange window cut-out / pass through in the middle of the wall between the dining room and family room, this was closed off.

In the end the client was overjoyed and received her full asking price after less than one month on the market.

Dale Lane Complete Remodel

The original 2800 sqft Tuscan home was converted into a modern French Country master piece. The kitchen was completely gutted to accommodate for the new white glazed shaker panel cabinetry with bead board detail. All of the flooring was re done with 6 x 24 wood look porcelain tile. The powder bath walls were covered in bead board trim. The fireplace was ripped apart to allow for the new stone work and custom driftwood mantle. The guest bath was demolished to allow for a new walk in shower, new vanities and granite countertops.

The master shower was converted to an inviting walk in shower with vertical laid marble tile. The light color concept opened this floor plan right up.

This Mccormick Ranch beauty was remodeled from head to toe, inside and out. We gutted this home to bring in a more modern feel. The kitchen was updated with white shaker cabinetry, glass tile backsplash and gorgeous Calcutta marble countertops. We built a custom wall unit and added an over sized barn door to hide all of the components. The master bath was turned into a spa with the addition of a steam shower lined in Calcutta marble. The en suite bath was also updated with a steam shower lined in glass tile. A carrara accent wall was created for the gorgeous furniture piece vanity. We installed 12 inch distressed wood throughout the house. The landscaping was professionally done with artificial grass in the front, a paver driveway/walkway and tumbles travertine pavers for the courtyard.

The mid century contemporary home was taken down to the studs. Phase 1 of this project included remodeling the kitchen, enlarging the laundry room, remodeling two guest bathrooms, addition of LED lighting, ultra glossy epoxy flooring, adding custom anodized exterior doors and adding custom cumaru siding.  The kitchen includes high gloss cabinets, quartz countertops and a custom glass back splash. The bathrooms include free floating thermafoil cabinetry, quartz countertops and wall to wall tile. This house turned out incredible.
