This is without a doubt the most incredible Italian food in the Metroplex, you really can't say anything more about it. You can't single out a particular item since we've never had even a mediocre meal here. The only downside to Nona Tata's is that it's very small and the seating is quite uncomfortable but now that the outside patio area is open even in 105 degrees with wasn't horrible with the awning and fans. You must try this place!!!

The best carbonara I have ever had. Great place to bring your date if she is a foodie. It's cash only

Nonna Tata is an amazing Italian restaurant right in the heart of the hospital district of fort worth! It's small but worth the wait. It's BYOB and they have wine glasses to use. This place is great for a date night or for a small group of friends to wine down with! I highly recommend their spicy chicken pasta. It's my favorite!

Friends treated us to dinner at this small, intimate Italian gem on Magnolia. We came away happy with the experience and ready to go back if the opportunity arises. We started with two appetizers and both are to be recommended. First, the bruschetta topping was quite good - it comes in a little dish and there was more than enough for the toasts served with it. We shared antipasto for two (there were four of us) and enjoyed every morsel. At $9.50 it is somewhat expensive, but not for the unusual offerings and amount - enough to make a meal. We highly recommend the antipasto. After the house salad, two in our party enjoyed the specials of the day - varieties of stuffed pastas. Two of us had simpler pasta dishes. Mine was a simple rendering with prosciutto and parmesan. Tasty all. One ordered dessert, a lemony ricotta pie that was delicious. Along with our own wine (served in our own glasses!!) we left more than full, and quite happy. As others have mentioned, the restaurant is quite small and no table seats more than 4. The seats are uncomfortable stools. But the restaurant remains full with happy patrons and turns away those who arrive later after all the few tables are filled.
