Great selection of clothing. This is a very clean and organized store. The staff are friendly and polite. They have a discount for homeschoolers and a free book per child under a certain price. This will be my new go to store.

I won't shop here ever again. They advertise they support their troops but when I asked for a military discount because I was a spouse of a retired military member I was denied very rudely by her trying to explain to me about military IDs. I know the status on my card. I didn't need her to point it out in front of a line of customers and act like I wasn't good enough. He was permanently medically retired for ptsd, depression, suicide, and anxiety...so does that make us lower then active duty. I was embarrassed and had it not been for my daughter having her heart set on some of the items I would have left without making a purchase. And what if he had retired with 20 years in...would that still make him less worthy then an active duty member of a few months. Support all your troops and their families or not at all.

Horrible!!! These people are making a killing off your used items and give you next to nothing in cash back or store credit. My box of clothes for boys and girls was worth 3 of their shirts. I'm better off selling these clothes in a garage sale. All I wanted to do was give baby clothes and get toddler clothes in return. Wasted gas, my time washing and folding going here. Never returning. Maybe yall will have a better experience then I did. Good luck.

They are very rude here and charge way to much for items, but yet only pay out less than 20% of what the original purchase price. Oh and the man is very rude that works at this location

I used to think this place was decent. They never really gave much for the clothes I took in but I don't like things stacking up and I figured I might as well get rid of it and get some clothes for my growing child. Many times they didn't buy things bc they were out of season or they just didn't have a demand for them so I'd donate. I went by a couple of days ago and the worker they have accepting items is a complete moron to say the least. I'm not normally judgemental but she really tested my patience. I arrived at 3 pm and she told me there was 1 person ahead so it would take 45 min. It normally takes about 30 min with more than 1 person ahead of me. I told her I needed to run an errand next door and would be right back, to which she responded "if you leave we won't guarantee the time, if someone else comes in and wants to wait inside store you'll get pushed back and we'll call you." This really upset me as I literally went just next door. Well I waited in my car with my daughter, no call. Went inside a little after 4. I thought I'd look around and wait a little longer but still nothing 30 min later so I asked her and she said oh she didn't get to yours and left at 4 so we'll have to look at it tomorrow and call you. So she had seen me walk into the store, never bothered to call me to tell me they didn't get to my things and didn't bother to tell me when I was inside store. I was livid. I don't live near by. I can't be driving to and from as they please. I asked for my things and left. I will not be back. What was a fun experience for me and my daughter is ruined. Their customer service just sucks. I'll just be donating from now on. Oh and more than once items I donated bc they said were out of season I found with price tags being sold. I asked about them but they kept telling me those weren't mine. Riiight.
