I'm looking for a job in the San Jose area as a behaviorist or photographer... let me know if you know there's something worth looking into here.

I was also in a motorcycle accident and the insurance company won't payout for the damage to my camera and lens. Some friends have asked for a way to donate, so if you're feeling generous you can use PayPal lalunaselena@gmail.com

Via Wiki: Honey bees pollinate crops responsible for about a third of the human diet; about $224 billion worth of crops worldwide.[22] Beginning in 2006, beekeepers in the United States began to report unexplained losses of hives — 30 percent and upward — leading to a phenomenon called colony collapse disorder (CCD). The cause of CCD remains under debate, but scientific consensus is beginning to emerge suggesting that there is no one cause but rather a combination of factors including lack of foraging plants, infections, breeding, and pesticides--with none catastrophic on their own, but having a synergistic effect when occurring in combination. Folks, I know that I used to to Google+ and facebook non-stop, day and night, so while I am momentarily "caught up," I'd like to share with you all that has been happening in my offline world.

I am currently still horribly financially debilitated by my revolving debt, that if it didn't exist, I would actually be living well //under// my income/budget. However, despite what initially triggered the downward spiral -- burglary -- and what maintained it -- several years working very unreliable hourly wage job as a behaviorist for children with special needs, I think I am slowly but surely making some progress now that I have a regular hourly pay for my full time job as a behaviorist for children with special needs, a secondary part time tutoring job, and as... a photographer!

Additionally, this year might very well mark the first time that I am actually fairly confident that I could really handle the business-end of being a "real" photographer. I am meeting with my tax person to see if this is the year where it becomes worth the time and effort to get a business license and begin itemizing for taxes. I will probably be lucky if I break even at the end of the year, as far as finances in a business goes. If the pace and progress I have been making continues, I think the following year I can begin to accrue some overhead, maybe even beginning to profit!

And for certain, by the end of next year, I think will know if I can quit my day job and commit to photography as my only job. And it will probably include travel, maybe even international! So many deaths, financial blows, dealing with psychotic harassing property manager, etc. This is really the first time in the last 5 or 7 years, I've had any hope or anything positive that seemed realistically or reasonably possible at the end of my tunnel.

No, I am still a private pay tutor for a student. I will continue with that as long as it does not get in the way of photography and until they cancel my services. It's very rare that you find parents who genuinely want what's best and have a mutually shared realistic perspective of what is actually best for the student; these families are where I see the most growth and progress in a student. This student is in that category, so it's a refreshing break from many of the parents I deal with at my day job. There are also far less politics as an independent tutor, and a lot more freedom to say what really needs to be said.

What redundant phrases can you think of?
Chai tea - chai means tea
Gobi Desert - gobi means desert
DSL Line - digital subscriber line line

Those are the first three that come to mind for me and then I can't think of any more.
