I love this spa, they have great services at reasonable prices. I have been going here for around 10 years and i have never had a bad experience. The people there are great and very helpful and always answer all questions to where i can understand what i'm getting. If anyone would ask me for a good spa to go to I would tell them about Caribbean Day Spa. Thank You Donna

I love the personal, friendly service from warm & caring people. They treat me like a dear friend rather than a customer. They're always upbeat & smiling when I'm there & the atmosphere is relaxed & comfortable. The new decor looks amazing! Every service I've ever gotten here has been above & beyond what I'd expect for the extremely reasonable prices! I won't bother with the generic tourist-trap spas down on the strip ever again! HERE I get to truly relax! Isn't that what a spa *should* be about?

I have been going to this place for over a year. I have never had any experience. Before i even went i emailed a million questions to understand what exactly i was getting before i got it so that i wouldn't be surprised what happen. I compared the same facial treatment with a dermatologist and they wants like 3 times what she charged. Remember this is the same treatment. When i first got there i asked her what was this suppose to do and what would be good for my skin type. I have oily skin. She explained what each thing did and what i should use for the time i was there. I have never had any complaints. She even gave me some stuff for me to use while i was in between treatments. So for all the people who say this company is shady. How many owners you know will respond to emails late at night or even after hours. I was just there in the morning and still had no issues. So its funny to read all these complaints about this business. I even read one that said it was so horrible but this person went back. Now what sense does that make. This places has really helped my skin look better than it has ever have.

I went there as a 1st time customer and was so unhappy with the experience I am writing a review as a buyer beware. First off I went because they has a special on their website for 1st time customers, for a 50 minute massage. First I went in, the lady didn't introduce herself, there was no where to set my things. I had to ask where to put my clothes and she then scooted over some of the junk on the counter for me to have a spot for my clothes. I was not once asked if there was any areas I wanted her to focus on, nor did she ever ask if the pressure was ok. During the massage it felt very rushed and not relaxing at all. The music was up horribly loud and not the soothing mood music I am used to for a massage. The sheets on the table were damp (I really hope they just didnt get dried in the dryer long enough) there was no face/head rest I was given a pillow which then made my neck stiffer than it was to start. The arms and neck weren't massaged at all (happens to be the 2 areas I wanted focused on) Then the kicker, the ladie's cell phone rang over 6 different times throught the massage (nope not on silent, full annoying ring). When I went to check out the receptionist continued chatting with the other people working there for a few minutes before coming to ring me up, without saying a word or acknowledging me. Rang up at full price, when I asked about the 1st time customer discount the receptionist had to go get someone to help her cause she didnt know what I was talking about. Then when I was given my receipt they had actually double charged me at full price. (They did a credit for half of it) When I got out to my car and looked at the time, I saw the whole experience lasted a total of 40 minutes from when I got out of my car...In my opinion this was the worst experience and this was a big splurge for me to treat myself too, so its pretty dissapointing!!!

The massage therapists there are top notch. I had Lindsay. She gave me a hot stone massage. She made me feel like a new person. I will absolutely go back. Thank you!

The worst worst spa I have ever been to. There really isn't enough space to type all that is wrong with this place.I have even contacted the Better buissnes to let them know what kind of place this is. It is truly unreal. I read some of the coments others have written and noticed any of the good ones were from friends. Its to bad that people might go there with out checking out the reviews. I know for a lot of woman/moms this is a big treat for them to spend this money for something on there self, and knowing there going to leave there so upset,is such a sad thing..please woman/moms spend your hard earned money some where else..this place is Disgusting!!!!!

My girlfriend bought us a couple’s massage and foot massage with champagne, for Valentine’s Day, which was supposed to be half off the normal price of $250. When we went in we were told there was a mandatory 20% tip off of the $250 price. I told the girl behind the desk that was not on the coupon. She brought us each a small plastic glass of champagne. I notice there were still lip prints on my glass. Our two masseuses, look like Grandpa and a female Austin Powers. When the lady spoke, I had to stop her and ask her if she was sick. She said no, I ask her why she sounded so funny, she said that was her normal voice. I had to use the restroom, when I lifted the broken toilet seat, and it nearly fell off on the floor, “nice place” I thought to myself. After I was done and wash my hands, there were no paper towels, the floor was very sticky. We had to fill out a form stating if we had any sore area, I told them that I had a recent surgery on my left foot, I heard the other masseuse ask my GF to lift her legs he was going to put the customary ankle pillow under her ankles, but I didn’t get this treatment and I had to rest my leg on my sore left foot. The neck and arms and back was OK with heated rocks, but what got me was the lady had to sit down on a rolling chair and the wheels rolling across the floor was distracting from what should be a nice experience. I notice her hands were cold but soon she was massaging me thru the sheets that I was under. I had a few massages before, it seem to be the norm to remove the sheet off of ½ of the buttocks at a time and give a massage but this was a first getting a massage thru the sheets. My lady left the room , and left me laying there, after about 5 minutes I set up and watch my GF getting her massage for a few minutes. I told them that it look like she was getting the best end of the deal, her guy ask where my masseuse went, “I don’t know” . He said he would find her and have her bring me another glass; I looked around and saw that she got sick on the floor and it was laying there. I ask him if someone could clean up the puke off the floor and don’t bother with a glass, bring the bottle. I told them she was sick, and the thought of her sick hands rubbing my body was a turn off. He found my masseuse and had her come back in and clean the puke off the floor, she came back in and apologizes and made a half way attempt to clean her mess off of the floor, then leave the room. I had to stop her and tell her she left about half of it still on the floor. The guy finished my GF and rubbed her feet for about 10 minutes of the ½ hour foot massage then told us to get dress and come outside. After we got dress and walked into the hallway he had the owner on his cell phone and was telling her what happen. My GF told me she was going to the restroom. Grandpa handed me his phone and told me the owner wanted to talk to me. After I explained what I thought about my massage, She told me, ”What do you expect, this is not a hotel spa” then she hung up on me. I handed the cell phone back to her guy and told him she hung up on me, “No she didn’t, my cell phone drop the call” he said and called her back on the landline then handed me the phone. I guess she saw the caller ID and answer the phone with, “can you believe that customer talking to me that way”, I inform her that I was still that customer and her guy thought it was a drop call, but I told him that you hung up on me.

My daughter and I ordered Relaxation pkg for Mothers Day, which INCLUDED the pumpkin peel. Day of the treatments, the young girl charged us for different pkg, same price but w/o pumpkin peel. Since I didnt have a copy of the treatments listed in the relaxation pkg we ordered, I went ahead and paid extra $$ for the peel. When we returned home (out of state), I discovered the error and called the owner. Not only was she rude when I tried to explain, but she wouldnt correct and reimburse the extra chrgs. Ya know, this problem would NOT have have happened if she had listed the pkgs we ordered - either in the computer or on a hard copy planner, so there would be NO confusion!! >Also, DONT DO THE SPAS BODY WRAP!! This treatment is awful; not like wraps weve had from other spas. Made my daughter and I nauseous for the rest of the day, regardless of how much water we drank!!! >Judging from poor business practices AND the condition of the place, I can see why the owner is desperate and dishonest to keep the overcharges
