I got to looking at the paperwork I had and saw that there was a $2495 charge on there that I didn't know about, and an extra $995 one. I called them, and Lee Trusty said that the $2495 was the actual warranty, and the $995 was the specific coverage I had chosen. I realize I signed a contract with this amount, but it was after I had signed one for the $995, and looked just like it, except for the amount. It was just kind of slid to me as a"here, sign this too" kind of thing. I realize I signed it, but I feel I was misled by the "presentation". When I called, he said that the extra $995 "must be a mis have to wonder if that is standard operating procedure. My rosy first impression of this dealership is severely tarnished, apparently it wasn't that much different from my experience with Davis-Moore in 1999. Too bad. I feel like I was flim flammed.
