I got my ComputerCraftEDU & MinecraftEDU world up and running to todays lessons. Lots of things happened, like students didn't care to explore the city or the turtles :P When I added fire & TNT (to create Nether portals) they almost burned up the city. (17 year old students!)

I've had some issues with Creative Commons and free music that 3rd part claimed as copyrighted (false, case dropped).

I got some feedback from my students, you'll find it here:

OK, again this is not gamification but hopefully anyway interesting as it's e-Sport in edu, how we try to connect. Last in blogpost you have a link to our documentation of our experiences.

We're arranging a CSGO school tournament at the moment, it's so interesting that the national TV wants to stream it March 30th.

Something happened when I started to play #HayDay together with my 7 yo daughter. She started to learn skills I didn't thought of and also improved others that she learns in school.

We Yrkesinstitutet Prakticum (vocational institute Prakticum) are first in #Finland do add #eSport on the schedule. We do it with our Datanom (Business Information Technician) in #Porvoo (#Borgå).

This is our experiences and educational ideas so far.

hm... no, this is not gamification in education, but how we can benefit if we add #esport in education. I really don't know where to post it as several universities have told me I've been thinking in a new way.

As we're the first school in Finland to test it and we have another curriculum than Sweden (closest neighbour) there is really no one to ask if I think right or if I miss something.

Any feedback would be awesome!
