Very unsatisfactory experience here, in which I was trying to find some cheap 30-06 to use for plinking /target shooting which they did have, prvi partizan. Which was priced double of what a box from midway or other stores cost, and are rude. Don't buy from them!

I hate giving bad reviews but here goes. Purchased a concealed weapon class on Groupon from plant city. From moment i entered was met with a pretty bad attitude by the gentleman who im guessing was the owner. The gentleman giving the cladd who is his employee was super cool and nice guy. (Hes only reason i didnt give the establishment a 1). i noticed some pretty good prices, but after noticing how much of an attitude he was giving me and several of the other cladd takers i was pretty much sure i was not buying anything (even though i had thought about purchasing a 12g he had). He really sounded rude and bothered by our presence. Ironically i did notice to the ladies he was pretty nice and very friendly to those leaving from the range. Im guessing he probably looked at us as taking up space since we were there for the class. Still in retail you never know, i would have probably purchased the 12g from him and possibly been back for an AK that he had. But hearing him talk down to couple guys from the class, even mumbling under his breath at a question posed by one of the younger participants. I'm sorry to ramble but really i dont think ive ever felt more uneasy and unwelcomed in a store. My suggestion if money is the bottom line he seems to be well priced. But if you are like me and look at building a relationship with certain stores where if feel comfortable will return business then this is prob not the place i would go back to. Also to add to it they do not clean or sanitize the ear or eye protection after use. Not cool

Poor ventilation, every surface in the range is covered in residue so don't wear clothes that show stains, the booths are extremely cramped making it difficult to supervise a inexperienced shooter and dark! I had to borrow a flashlight just to make adjustments to my sights. It's okay if you just absolutely need a place to shoot but it definitely wouldn't be my first choice especially since there is another only 3 or 4 miles away. The parking leaves a lot to be desired as well. The prices in the shop aren't bad but I think they are a bit high on range feels for what they offer.

my wife and I had a great time. These people are polite, professional, knowledgeable and know how to make you feel at ease. If it's your first time I highly recommend this place.

I took my CCW here with my wife last year and have been going there for practice every since. I've taken my sons and nephew there as well to teach them proper gun safety. The owner and employees are nice and knowledgeable and the prices are great. Can't say anything bad about this range as I continue to go there during lunch time with several co-workers just to enjoy squeezing off a couple of rounds. :) I'd recommend this place for any law abiding citizen with CCW or just to equip your home with some personal/Home protection.

I took the CWP class at Plant City Gun Range and I was terribly disappointed. Instruction consisted of "Always treat the gun as if it is loaded", and "I refuse to talk about CWP laws. If you want to know anything about CWP, buy my $30 book" Then we fired 5 shots from a .22 pistol that jammed on my wife 2 out of the 5 times. I feel as if I need to find another CWP class to actually learn anything about CWP. It's scary to think this class allows people to now carry with such little instruction and knowledge.
