Impressive food and wine selection. We personally met with the executive chef who is absolutely delightful. They make a point to showcase local ingredients, and even source some items from an onsite garden visible outside the restaurant. We were married at the hotel that Carneros is associated with and were impressed with the quality of the food - our guests continue to comment on how delicious the meal was.

This was the first store we walked into when we started looking for new furniture for our new house. It's a 1920's house, so the mammoth furniture and sectionals that are so common today weren't really an option for us. We had a budget to stay within, but didn't want to settle for something from one of those cheesy furniture warehouses. We immediately found a beautiful set (they carry a Bernhardt line which is a higher end furniture line) on closeout for an amazing deal. They have a great selection of smaller pieces for "city" spaces that are under the $1,000 mark and some cute trendy accent chairs. I expected to walk into a sea of overstuffed monster sectionals and sprawling fields of Lay-z-boys but was pleasantly surprised. They have some of that, but not nearly as much as a lot of the other places. We haven't had them deliver it yet, so fingers crossed everything goes well there - but all in all, happy with the experience.

If you are trying to avoid the bridal studios that feel like a cattle call (aka - herding large groups of women in and out... ), this is the place for you. The studio is gorgeous - very new and beautifully decorated. It's a wonderful intimate setting for brides and a few friends to shop for bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses, etc. I went with my bridesmaids and mom to find bridesmaid dresses and it was amazing. Their selection isn't huge (like the bridal "warehouses"), but the items they do have are hand picked, and very well thought out. The service was excellent - the two ladies who run the place were so enjoyable and personable. Coming from someone who has been to a few of the places downtown (girls in white dresses/ big rock little rooster) the service at White was LEAGUES above these other studios. Classy, fun, NOT stuck up or rude. This place is a gem.

Food Sounds Better than it is. I first tried this place because the menu sounded delish. When i went to order, they were out of about half of the ingredients. When the food came out, it was disappointingly average. I think they use a microwave to cook their sandwiches. Service was good though - nice wait staff and hostess.

Trendy, cool spot, but don't go for the food. If you want to hang out at a trendy spot and are ok with average food, you will probably like this place. If you're a foodie, I don't recommend it. The beverage selections are extensive. No complaints there. Sushi is ok. If you're looking for amazing sushi in Columbus I would recommend Nidas Thai on High. Only one vegetarian roll which was disappointing. Haiku has a very good selection of vegetarian rolls if that's what you're looking for. The bread pudding dessert is VERY good. We also ordered the bananas foster and the bananas were completely flavorless and it was hardly warm... That was the most disappointing choice of the evening. Overall it's just average... Good for night life at the bar, but the food just wasn't entirely impressive... That could be because there are so many other amazing sushi options in Columbus though :-)

Great place for ski gear!! I had NO IDEA they had so much ski gear. They have amazing prices on boots, skis, and bindings. Decent selection of used skis, and a pretty large selection of brand new skis. Many were models from the previous year, but the prices were soo much better than what you'd find at Aspen or a similar store. Everyone was really knowledgeable as well - they know a lot about the technology and really talk to you about what fits your style and capabilities best. They also have ski services like sharpening, waxing, etc. And they feel like a local ski shop - i was bummed when St. Moritz closed on riverside a few years back, but I think I have found my new replacement store :-)

Absolute favorite lunch spot - I eat here at least once a week! Amazing pad thai - not too "vinegary" like so many are. Great atmosphere, good lunch prices (about $8 for a dish - very generous portions). They also have HH for wine and beer. Love the staff, love the food, love Nida's!!
