Amazing! That is the best word to describe my experience with your company. My home had a non-functioning heating and AC unit and there was no way we could endure another hot summer. Although I knew it would be a huge expense I knew I had to start getting quotes. I began with scheduling two other companies before I scheduled my appointment with Sierra Pacific. After the first appointment was over my head was already spinning and I was feeling pressure from their rep to “just sign now” I hated the pressure. When your design specialist Gary came to my home for our appointment he was courteous and knowledgeable. He didn’t rush or pressure me in any way and even told me about financing options which I was not aware of. After meeting with Gary I was sold on Sierra Pacific. When the date for installation came Brian called me, introduced himself and let me know when they would be arriving at my home. As soon as they arrived Brian re-introduced himself along with Ray and Jake and walked me through what would be done on that day. Brian, Ray and Jake were friendly and polite. They quickly began doing all the preparations and got to work. They did an amazing job, stopping to answer any question I had or explain anything I didn’t understand. The level of customer service Brian, Ray and Jake provided me was refreshing. Both days when they were finished they would make sure I didn’t have any further questions and walk me though what was done and if anything further still had to be done. When the installation was complete everything looked superb, clean, and professional and most of all everything was functioning like it was supposed to be. I have already started telling my family and friends about what a great job Brian, Ray and Jake did and have been recommending Sierra Pacific to them. I hope you know what amazing staff you have and appreciate them as much as I did. Kudos to Brian, Ray, Jake and Gary! Thank you for maintaining the highest level of customer service, I will be going to you first for my further home needs!

We used the Costco program to purchase a new HVAC unit. Sales rep offered several options while allowing us to customize our request. We mentioned that one room was significantly cooler or warmer (depending on the season) than the rest of the house. He said they might need to change the size of the duct work or add a second air feed to the room. Today (2/3/16), I made my seventh service call since the installation date of early November 2015. Problems began when the original crew was pulled from job before it was finished. Second crew knew nothing of the special needs of the one room. Third, fourth and fifth crews have diagnosed different problems while adding larger ducts, a second duct, a return air vent, and relocation of the thermostat. After conversations with these crew leaders, installation and service managers, and finally a VP, we have a room that is a wonderful 55 degrees on this chilly morning. It is only 15 degrees cooler than the rest of the house. There is more HOT air in the word of management than is in the room. Run away from this provider unless you want to wait around for service calls for months at a time.

We just had Sierra Pacific install a solar heater for the pool. It was a great experience all around. I got a ballpark estimate from the salesman about 9 months ago and told him I didn't want to be bugged with phone calls because I needed the time to save the money. He kept his word and I didn't hear from him again until I initiated contact. He was timely for our appointment, thorough in his explanation yet to the point so the appointment didn't take up my whole morning. The day of installation, the crew was here when they said they would be and they finished within the time frame they said. When they left, everything was as clean as it was before the install. The gentleman who showed us the operations of the system was hugely patient as I walked in right at the end of his "lesson" and he repeated the whole thing to me! All and all, an excellent experience and now I have a nice warm pool. Doesn't get any better than that!!

Great company. We had our Heating and Air installed by them. They did a great job. A few years later we had our Solar system installed by them. They are an awesome company. Very professional with a strong focus on customer service. Their prices are very competitive. Their workers are extremely professional and perform hight quality work. I will use them for everything possible.

We had a Lennox Heating and AC system installed January 2015 and a few months later, our system broke and major system components including the compressor had to be replaced. The system had the same problem again and needs the same parts replaced. We left several messages and the manager never called us back. We would not recommend Sierra Heating and Air to anyone.
