Had concerns, conflicting comments. It was perfect for a StayVa!! ... took our 8 yr. 5 hrs of not stop fun!! ... Water park. Considerations for parents, big screen TV's, adult beverages & adult only "Hot!" Tub. We're world wide travelers. Spouse Retired USAF Pilot & Airline Pilot, 40 yrs of hotels & motels. Yes they are different. Only complaints, short staffed, CoCo Key area. Needs more seating for parents, manageable tho. Rooms were clean! Everything you need & more. Front desk stuff are friendly, going the extra mile to accommodate. Price, spot on for a Water park, large arcade & hotel ( pkg deal ) ... Omaha

Not worth the time or the money. We have given this water park/hotel numerous chances and every time we walk away disappointed. After our first bad experience we we’re told to give them another try because they are now a Ramada and things were much better, they weren’t. Then we gave them a third chance because we were told they had new management and improvements had been made, not true. Quickly to comment on the quote before mine. "Parents, grow up...!” Simply ridiculous. The point of staying at a repitable hotel like Ramada (and paying for the extremely over-priced rooms, food, and activities) is because you shouldn’t need to bring lysol, febreze, and bed sheets from home. You shouldn’t need to drag wet children down the street to McDonalds because not only is the food over-priced and terrible but it includes poor service. There wasn’t 500 kids running amuck, we saw a total of 20 maybe over our two day stay. I would also worry that one of the first things done after check in is to cover the room in anyones blood. ;) With that being said our latest experience was terrible. Terrible room, terrible smell. Horrible customer service. Poor water park hours. Water park was freezing. Food was expensive and not good. I could go on and on but all I will say is that you are wasting your money if you stay here. Oh and did I mention we had a mysterious charge of OVER $160 to our bank account fro them that they have no explanation for but told us it will take up to five business days to return to us, Nice.

Parents, grow up. This place is for kids, it is designed to give kids a good time. Bring lotion bring Lysol spray and bring febreze. Bring a couple of bed sheets from home. what do you think happens when 500 kids Runamuck for a whole weekend. Don't get trapped by buying all the expensive food that they sell. just go down the street and get some hotdogs or pizza or McDonald's, use a little wisdom. The first thing we do when we go to a hotel room is we pray and we cover the room in the blood of Jesus and then we spray Lysol. Can I get an amen!

What a rip off and I get stuck with season pass to closed attraction with dirty nasty hot tub that is not even working to outside, river and slides are not working. I got screwed!

We love the lazy river and slides. Some of the playground activities are beginning to wear out and break down but not causing safety concerns. It can be a struggle to get an inner tube to use even on days that are only moderately busy. They need to have many more tubes available. The staff is always very friendly.

The rooms are dirty and they smell horrible. Their very out dated and super small. The pool is nice but I had one lifeguard get up into my kids faces and yelled at them for going down a slide together and then tryed telling them they wasn't allowed back on the slide for the rest of our stay. OK I got onto my kids about it as well but they should of given them a warning and not got up into their faces and yelling at them about. I tryed to talk w a manager and he basically just looked at me like I was stupid. The pool is nice and lots of things to do but the bottom of the pool is dirty looking and ruff. Got several cuts on my feet and knees. And dont leave anything unattended at ur tables bec people will walk off w ur stuff. Someone walked away w my $50 sunglasses. Waste of money and time. Next time we'll book w a different hotel and go to fun plex. Worst vacation spot ever. I just can't say it enough.

We had a great time at the water park and the price for a night with 2 days of splashing was well worth it. The room was nice and well equipped. Be advised though this hotel does not staff enough at the front desk during busy hours leading to long lines (not sure why they dont think lots of families might check in between 2-6 on a Saturday night), and don't even think about trying to feed your kids here. The food at the water park is the awfullest low quality fair you can find, (smoothies were good and the bar was okay). The restaurant in the hotel itself had no kids menu, and had a buffet going on that was less than inspiring, the breakfast "buffet" for $13 did not live up to your typical free fair of a holiday in breakfast in either quality or choices and the in room internet was abysmally slow. All that being said enjoy the water park order delivered pizza or go to Aksarben Village and bring some cereal and milk to enjoy a great family weekend out.
