Horrible customer service! Do not bother complaining either, you'll end up being wrong anyways. Lady behind the counter was rude. First visit, they said chicken was going to be ready closer to 12pm and that they only sold burritos before then. Initial thought was that this place is not an authentic Peruvian restaurant, but I decided to give them a try anyway. So I left and returned later that week...chicken was a disappointment(dry) and the serving proportions were relatively small.

Great home cooking. The sauce that comes with the chicken is even great on sandwiches if you have any left. The people are always friendly and the place is always clean. Only complaint is the portions are small.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Stay away from this place. Overpriced horrible food. That is if they give you enough chicken to actually taste it. They should be advertising Peruvian "chicks"! Also, the lady at the counter (not sure if she is the owner) but she is very rude and charged us extra for our groupon purchase and didn't give us all the food we ordered and paid for. Be Aware! or at least that I warned you, wish someone would have warned me.

Don't eat here. La Polleria is the worst place to eat in Colorado. I found a staple in my salad and it cracked my tooth. It turns out that the staple was one of the packaging staples from the boxes the salad comes in. The customer service was rude once they learned of the incident. Their comment was "Why would you eat a staple" I was furious and outraged. Don't eat at "La Polleria"

The food was average, very small portions. Also, the woman at the counter was not friendly at all, a tad bit rude. We only visited this location because of the Groupon but we will not be returning. Menu is very limited and in my opinon the "a la brasa chicken" is waaaaaaay better at other Peruvian restaurants in Denver.

Good food but awful customer service. Beware! The woman in charge will not give you everything you ordered. We have eaten three times and each time there have been problems with the order. She will not give you all the chicken pieces or she will give you breast instead of dark meat or she will "forget" to include sauce. It is either incompetence or intentional. It has happened so many times that I wonder if it is not deliberate at this point. Good food but be prepared to be ripped off somehow when you pick up your order.
