Harvest Moon 2016 : BOOK YOUR STALLS NOW!

How have we made it better?

Huge new venue with plenty of indoor space
Cheaper prices! (as low as £20)
Power available to those that need it.
Much simpler online application process.
Advertisement for your stall/service outside the day.
Free information stalls for community groups!

Stalls applications for the Harvest Moon 2016 are officially open! This year we have 2 stall options, the first being a 3 foot stall for £20 and the second being a 6 foot stall for £40. All stalls will be inside this year because of the huge amount of space we have available at the magnificent Masonic Hall, and a limited number of stalls will be able to secure access to a powerpoint, so book soon to secure a powerpoint if you are after one. Last year we had a footfall of 200 and we are hoping to get even more this year.

Book your stall before Friday 3rd June and your stall will be advertised as part of the events advertising campaign and included in the programme, so people know where to get hold of you after the day. We have also made the application process so much simpler and you can do it all online within a few minutes. No more having to send things off in the post and await a reply.

If you are a community or group wishing to have an information stall (not selling anything), then you can email the PF Regional Coordinator and ask for a free information stall. We have wanted to do this for some time and we are pleased we finally can.

On top of that, if you are a PF member within Norfolk, then your shop or service will automatically get added to the PF Norfolk website (www.pfnorfolk.co.uk) after Harvest Moon, so that other people in the region know all about you.

For more information and to apply for a stall head to the harvest moon website (www.harvestmoonfestival.co.uk/trade-stalls) or email stalls@harvestmoonfestival.co.uk

Harvest Moon Festival is just over a week away (Saturday, September the 27th) and we are all really busy and excited getting the last few things in place. Today is your last chance to get discounted tickets at the early bird rate, with online ticket sales ending at midnight tonight. But don’t panic if you miss the deadline as you will still be able to buy tickets on the door (without the discount) and even upgrade your day ticket to a joint ticket on the day itself. However, tickets have been selling very well, so to 100% guarantee you get a ticket it is always best to buy them early.

We look forward to seeing you all on the day,
The Harvest Moon Team

Some of you may have already noticed some re-branding going on with the Harvest Moon website and other areas. Well I am pleased to announce that the Harvest Moon Festival is now the official Pagan Federation (PF) conference for Norfolk. The festival has been running now for three years and we hope by moving it to its next logical step, that it will continue to run for many more years to come. You do not need to be a member of the PF to attend the event and we will still have many speakers from all the different traditions. However, if you would like to find out more about the PF and the work it does, please visit www.paganfed.org.
