i moved my mother from chicago in 2009, i left an account open at tcf for my brother to use for incidental bills that might pop up i.e. medical. in november 2011, tcf started charging a $9.95 maintenance fee unless one kept $10k in combined savings or used a debit card at least 15 times per month. i received zero communication from them when the new policy started. i stumbled across it when i was doing my taxes. the customer service representative was very nice and professional, and, told me 3 times that tcf "really appreciated {my} business." when i asked if tcf would refund the 4 months of maintenance fees or even 2 months, the answer was "sorry...no." the fifth month was coming up in days, and, i asked if they would put a freeze on the next maintenance fee, and again got "sorry...no." tcf may not be a big baller like skankofamerica or jpmorgandisgrace, but, their long bony hand was able to reach across 2500 miles and steal $50 out of my pocket. nice going, you despicable, unethical, corporate smegma.

Great values. Many casual tops and pants are $5 to $10. Staff ranged from friendly to midland. We had a great experience.

i came in for a lube, tire rotation, and alignment. the guys were honest enough to call me back and say that due to the condition of the tires and axles, it would be a waste of money to do an alignment (on my 143,000 mile beater). quick service, professional demeanor. great place.

Great service. Very professional. They are upfront about all pricing, no surprise fees or charges. Thorough in explaining how products operate, and, if you have a dog, they are right next to the Green River Trail (walk north, no obstacles).

The cut was fine. stylist was nice/ professional. But, when i tried to pay with a supercuts gift card, it was like i had come from 100 years in the future. Not one of the 4 or 5 employees on duty had any idea how to process a charge to the gift card. They didn't look up the procedure in a book, or call anybody. This experience occurred on 7/2/10 in case Corporate is listening. Learned my lesson. I'm teleporting back to 2110 to get a pedicure.

Great location near the interstate. Pretty quiet even those across from the elevator. Pet friendly rooms 15 dollars service fee. Good deal.
